More Pictures from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers
Development layouts for Epstein's secluded tropical island among the photographs.
Furthermore contained in this new image drop appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created plans to build upon the substantial island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a strait in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and includes a notes section labelling distinct parts of the property.
In addition to this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
